ERS Project Manager

ERS is seeking a highly organized and technically savvy ERS Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning, quoting, execution, and delivery of projects for our ERS business. This individual will work closely with ERS Technicians, Billing team, customers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, resource allocation, and project success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable with a hands-on role that includes quoting, budget oversight, and client interaction.

• Full Lifecycle Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and closeout phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Budget & Resource Management:Track and manage project budgets and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Client Relationship Building:Engage directly with customers to build trust, promote company offerings, and identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Quoting & Sales Support:Prepare accurate quotes and proposals from start to finish and support deal closure in collaboration with internal Coke Consolidated and ERS teams.
• Cross-functional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders between ERS and customers, to ensure alignment and project clarity or completion.
• Technical Support:Provide technical guidance where appropriate, as we will look for this Project Manager to be a subject matter expert on the technical aspects of a job. To include, but not be limited to, detailed surveys of locations for upcoming jobs, direct relationships and planning with general contractors, and able to communicate all technical aspects of a job to the tech's doing the work. A background in CAD and technical quoting software tools is a strong plus.

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a technical environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical professionals
• Strong computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, project management tools)
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
• Ability to understand and convey technical concepts
• Sales-minded approach with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities

• 1 to 3 years knowledge acquired through relative work experience
• Valid drivers license

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Enegineering, Business or related field

Up to 50% overnight to customer sites for project oversitght, relationship building and service delivery.
