Supermicro is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide dedicated, on-site technical support for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This position operates in a classified government environment and requires an active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical resource for ORNL, ensuring rapid response within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while also providing support to other regional customers, including work on liquid-cooled high-performance. $91,000 - $134,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
