POSITION SUMMARY:



We are seeking an innovative and results-driven leader to take on the role of Director, OEM Value Added Services. This pivotal leadership position is responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and the development of innovative engineering solutions for our customers. The role will lead cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with technical capabilities, and ensuring our products and services are designed and delivered to meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.



DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provide strategic direction for Product Management and Sales Engineering, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and vision.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define business growth strategies, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the development and execution of long-term strategic plans that drive both revenue growth and technological advancement.
  • Collaborate with Commercial leaders and partner with them in the field for critical customer visits.
  • Act as Project Manager for new initiatives to ensure a successful launch. Influence and lead a cross-functional team through various phases of project plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the company's reach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of strategic deals, ensuring the company remains competitive and maintains strong market positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform business strategies.
  • Work closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive execution.
  • Continuously assess engineering performance, recommending improvements to processes, technologies, and systems.



QUALIFICATIONS:


The ideal candidate will have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong large-scale project management skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills - ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams
  • Drive for results
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Continuous Improvement champion
