The Global Account Executive (GAE) drives growth with large organizations by understanding their corporate structure, engaging at all levels of the business (corporate and plant level), determining the best support setup from an IEWC perspective, coordinating support globally to ensure similar experiences at all locations, and providing a world class customer experience. The Global Account Executive develops business plans and growth strategies designed to significantly grow profit for a defined list of accounts and maximize sales while leveraging IEWC's value proposition in desired products and markets. The Global Account Executive partners closely with their respective Global Account Manager to support existing and new business growth within each account.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop an annual account sales plan in partnership with the Global Account Managers they work with.
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies for targeted accounts to achieve growth goals.
  • Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets through utilization of the IEWC sales process and manage these opportunities through IEWC's CRM.
  • Identify the needs of the customers and tailor specific solutions that create value to the customer and profitability to IEWC.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers at both the corporate and plant level. May leverage other Business Development Managers in different regions/countries where more local touchpoints are required regularly to grown/maintain the business.
  • Delivers the IEWC value proposition and aligns our value wedge to gain a competitive advantage through value differentiation.
  • Engage with supply chain partners/vendors to maximize growth potential in the market.
  • Create a robust opportunity pipeline, with a focus on increasing the win rate percentage, maximizing the average deal size and increase the velocity within the pipeline (shorten sales cycle).
  • Ensure that orders and quotes are processed in order to meet the customers' demands.
  • Review booked/billed order information to identify trends in the business.

TECHNICAL SKILLS



  • Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.


  • Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations: A valid driver's license.


  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Computer Applications Skills: Ability to work with Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and all standard current computer applications.

  • Travel: Up to 75% work related travel.
