As aSous Chef II, you will play a key role in driving the success of the culinary program at Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville, TN . This position supports all aspects of kitchen operations, including planning, ordering, inventory management, and food preparation. You will ensure compliance with client standards, Health Department regulations, and company expectations for food quality, freshness, and presentation. In this leadership role, you will also guide and develop back-of-house team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Your responsibilities include training, motivating, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that meet the needs of students, faculty, and guests.
