We are seeking an experienced Cyber Defense Senior Incident Communications Lead to enhance the Communications function within Microsoft's Cyber Defense Operations. The Communications function of the Defense Operations organization is responsible for ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate information flow that supports effective incident coordination, response, reporting, and assessment for legal, contractual, privacy, and regulatory reporting obligations. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Cyber Defense Operations and other partners to define standards and principles for information flow and information sharing, as well as continuously refining these standards to enable cross-functional workstreams. Developing automated reporting of Cyber Defense Operations activity to enable consistent, accurate, and responsible reporting to stakeholders both within the Office of the CISO and across Microsoft divisions. Coordinate with legal teams to support the fulfillment of incident related regulatory and contractual requirements. Partner with OCISO leadership to inform the CISO and Deputy CISOs through daily and weekly reports of incidents. |
