Our Dassault Systemes ENOVIA Marketing Advocacy team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!

As an intern for Dassault Systemes' ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team, you will learn about 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA solutions and its community of users, our global customer and selling ecosystem, and the key elements that drive their success.

The Advocacy Marketing Intern will help execute various marketing initiatives, from driving awareness to engaging with user advocates who are passionate about ENOVIA.

You will work with an awesome team of smart professionals to plan, deliver and report on targeted ENOVIA User Community programs, content, communications and events. You'll be involved in diverse projects such as:

  • Creating memorable deliverables such as newsletters, promotional materials, social media, user interviews, and videos
  • Assisting in the coordination and delivery of in-person and online user events
  • Participating in special projects e.g. next-gen user community engagement best practices and our annual year-end user champions celebration video
  • Supporting ENOVIA's Champions Program operations with data capture, reporting, and analysis

Our team thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. We love to test new ideas and welcome input on fresh and creative approaches to achieve our objectives!

This is a paid 20-24 hour/week internship located at our Waltham, MA office, which will span from September to December with the possibility of extension into 2026. You'll be expected to follow a hybrid work model.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $21 - $24 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with concentrations in any of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Digital, Branding, or Strategy.
  • Minimum GPA 3.1
  • Highly skilled with MS Office software applications / MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Adept at and open to learning new software tools and platforms, including daily use of Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and leading AI Solutions such as Grammarly and Jasper
  • Savvy with video and digital content creation with notable proficiency using leading tools e.g. CANVA, Camtasia; Adobe Premier and After Effects a plus
  • Communication: able to deliver messages to varied audiences clearly and concisely; excellent English business writing and verbal skills
  • Thorough: Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness; consistently adhering to brand content guidelines
  • Flexible: comfortable to work on multiple activities and "switch gears" quickly as priorities change
  • Resourceful: confident to work independently, generating ideas and solutions, identifying resources, and proactively enlisting assistance from others
  • Leadership: comfortable taking a project from start to finish with open collaboration and validation checkpoints from the team
  • Decision-making: use of critical thinking skills to uncover root causes and propose meaningful resolutions
  • Creative: create memorable experiences to entice users to engage and recommend
  • Team player: thoughtful and reliable; thrives both working independently and with team collaboration
