About the Cornell University Library and Interlibrary Services With welcoming spaces, expansive collections, and innovative services across our libraries on campus, Cornell University Library is a unified community empowering academic achievement and intellectual exploration at Cornell and beyond. Interlibrary Services provides the borrowing and lending of material, both physical and digital, for Cornell patrons and to other institutions around the world. The department also supports Cornell's Borrow Direct operation, providing expedited delivery of circulating items between thirteen Ivies Plus Libraries. Cornell interlibrary loan is in the United States top 10 of private 4-year institutions for resource sharing volume. The Opportunity Working under the supervision of the Head of Interlibrary Services, and in coordination with the general direction of the Borrowing and Lending Coordinators, this position assists in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Borrow Direct services, both locally and with libraries around the world. Daily duties may include:
Hours and Location This position is typically performed on campus in Olin Library Monday through Friday. Start and end times between the core business hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM will be determined by your supervisor and business needs. What We Need
