About the Job

UMD Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an individual to serve in the position of Ticket Sales and Operations Specialist. This is a casual position of up to 14 hours per week on an as needed basis. The hourly wage is $23.00.

Essential Responsibilities:
Ticket office operational support - 100%
* Works collaboratively with the ticket manager on renewals, sales & reseating for season tickets and single game & group ticket sales
* Assist with creation of season plans, mini plans, single games & promotional codes in Ticketmaster
* Assist with training & guidance of ticket staff

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and five years of related experience to include project management. Coursework in a related field may substitute for some years of experience. Additional skills and knowledge may be required of individual positions.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Documented experience working in an Athletics department.
* Documented experience working with ticketing systems and finances associated with an Athletics department.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
