Testing and Quality Assurance III Trinity, AL 35673 2nd shift - 3 pm till 11:30 pm. This role will provide AS9100 quality surveillance and inspections for the Universal Stage Adapter program. The primary location will be at a client's subcontractor's composite manufacturing facility (XXXX). Must be comfortable in being the lone client quality representative at a subcontractor's facility. However, additional client quality and engineering support will be available via phone or TEAMS. Must have requirements: Experience with AS9100 quality surveillance and inspections Composite Structures experience (manufacturing experience) Experience with Human space flight projects BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2- 6 years of prior relevant experience. Experience in manufacturing large composite aerospace structures and/or human rated spacecraft is desired. Core hours for the 2nd shift would be from 3 pm till 11:30 pm. Overtime would be a possibility both M-F and on the weekends. About the Team: Overseeing subcontracting /manufacturing facility Reporting to Client and conducting inspections Flagging non-conformance or stoppages with productions Documenting and reporting non-conformance Conduct Inspections and give go/no-go and if can continue with production Day to Day: Check schedules and what's on the plan for the day Monitor activity and frequent inspections Soft Skills: Detail orientated Must be able to work independently Address issues Self-directed Pro-active Assignment: 6 months / Possibility of extension/ possibility of conversion to FTE
