This position plays a key part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations. You'll provide hands-on technical support to the production team, overseeing manufacturing areas and laboratories while reviewing and approving critical data and Quality Management System documentation. Responsibilities include evaluating batch production records and QC data, as well as reviewing and approving validation documentation before and after execution.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure readiness of manufacturing areas by performing room clearances and reviewing cleaning logs.
• Review and approve critical data supporting site utilities (e.g., WFI, steam, nitrogen) and cleanroom environmental monitoring.
• Oversee and disposition manufacturing and packaging batch records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Review and approve documentation within the change control system.
• Provide on-the-floor and on-call quality support during manufacturing campaigns for PDS Products, PDS Services, and MDS.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product quality improvements and system enhancements.
• Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
• Take on additional responsibilities aligned with your skills, experience, and career development goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  
  
  
  • Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  
  
  
  
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
• At least 1 year in a Quality Assurance role within the industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
