HawkEye 360 is seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager for our USG Strategic Programs & Partnerships team.

Location: Our offices are located in Herndon, VA; this role is open to remote candidates in Colorado Springs, Denver, or Northern VA.

As the Technical Program Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• P&L responsibility and execution of Strategic Programs/Partnerships
• Assist with strategic planning for Strategic Programs/Partnerships
• Proposal team coordination including HE360 SMEs, capture/proposal leads, partners, consultants
• Informing strategic technology roadmaps w customer mission needs, requirements and use cases
• Ideate on technical mission solutions for end customers, including new business models
• Educating HE360 technical teams wrt customer needs, use cases, trends and dynamics
• Direct customer engagement to build customer champions.
• Systems engineering, architecture to shape and help capture strategic programs
• Negotiate agreements and work closely with strategic partners to shape, capture and execute strategic programs
• Build and lead a PM team as the business grows
• Keeping pipeline, bookings and revenue forecasts up to date in CRM
• Cross functional collaboration with organizations across HE360
• Travel to customer sites for in-person meetings for effective programmatic and technical exchanges, building relationships
• Identifying new opportunities to pursue, and leading capture efforts for some
• Participate in high side meetings.

Your skills and qualifications:

Essential education and experience:

• 15+ years of program management, business development, partnership management
• Experience with USG acquisition processes and programmatics
• HW and SW based solutions architecture experience for USG markets
• Existing network of US DoD and IC customer relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SIGINT and ELINT domains
• Space domain awareness, space control, space systems experience preferred
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 annually

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
