Responsible for performing product cleaning processes, and for packaging and labeling clean products according to established protocols and procedures. Documents all work and ensures proper traceability and line clearance throughout the processes.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs a variety of product preparation activities including product staging, equipment set-up, labeling, documentation, and product cleaning.
  • Monitors and operates cleaning equipment to ensure products are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Inspects equipment, materials, and products before and after product cleaning to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts regular quality checks on cleaning equipment to verify effectiveness
  • Records appropriate transactions in SAP.
  • Maintains documentation and records related to product cleaning processes, including batch records, logbooks, and inventory records.
  • Assists in other manufacturing activities as needed, including inventory management, quality control inspections, and sanitation procedures.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains cleaning equipment, following manufacture maintenance guidelines and intervals.
  • Ensures strict adherence to and compliance with SOP's and protocols.
  • Aware of and comply with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of applicable experience in material handling and/or quality control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Stock handling experience and SAP knowledge helpful
  • Proficient in reading blue prints
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products
  • Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
  • The following physical demands are required:
    • Lift/Carry 50 pounds
    • Bend/Stoop/Kneel 4 hours per day
    • Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
