Communications Manager

Drive Results Through Creative Excellence

Strategic Brand Building

  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms
  • Create high-impact materials that drive engagement: dynamic web experiences, persuasive presentations, compelling video content, and conversion-focused marketing campaigns

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development for internal and external audiences
  • Design scalable communication frameworks

Innovation & Technology Leadership

  • Leverage cutting-edge design tools and emerging technologies to create memorable brand experiences
  • Manage sophisticated digital ecosystems
  • Champion best practices in content management and digital asset optimization

Executive Partnership

  • Serve as trusted advisor to leadership teams
  • Translate complex real estate strategies into compelling visual narratives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration that delivers measurable business outcomes

Your Competitive Edge

  • Education & ExperienceDegree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative and strategic capabilities)

Technical Mastery

  • Adobe Creative Suiteexpertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Microsoft Officeadvanced skills, especially PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Bonus Points: Web Developmentexperience with modern CMS platforms; Video/Animationproficiency for premium content creation

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
