Moog's Corporate Groupis looking for aSenior Learning & Development Systems Analyst to join the Learning & Development Team! You will work a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY.

To qualify for the Senior Learning & Development Systems Analyst, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog:

  • Typically, Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field or Human Resources.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as a lead or system analyst within a Human Resource function, including at least 2 years working in a Learning Management System such as Saba Cloud, Cornerstone or Workday.
  • Ideally local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-site.

As the Senior Learning & Development Systems Analyst, you will:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels to deliver customized system solutions that drive business success.
  • Lead the Learning and Development software applications, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and deliver high performance to meet organizational training needs.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and proactive support of live Learning and Development systems, swiftly resolving issues to ensure consistent uptime and exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends and system updates to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Define, design, and drive key project components, processes, and programs that shape the strategic direction and operational excellence of Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful system solutions that meet evolving needs.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $90,000.00-$115,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
