Opportunity Overview: This opportunity is a direct hire at our Columbia Fuels Facility an LEU+ Commissioning Manager. Candidate will need to be onsite. Candidate will report to the LEU+ Manager. Your Day-to-Day: The Commissioning Manager commissions through operational performance qualification of the LEU+ manufacturing process using the IQ OQ PQ framework (installation, operational, and performance qualification). You will review contractual documentation and engineering documents to ensure that the commissioning and startup requirements are accounted for in the design. The Commissioning Manager prepares and keeps up-to-date pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule, the mobilization of personnel and equipment). Assist procurement group for defining vendor assistance. You will subcontract group for the scope definition of work contractors. Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup. Prepare the commissioning progress reports to the Project Management process. Communicate with CFFF representatives to support hiring, training and skills. Prepare final reports, certificates, and customer requirements are met. Embrace the highest standards for safety. Create accountability throughout the organization and urgently complete actions to close gaps. Focus on achieving and sustaining the highest standards of in both behaviors and results. Intolerant of performance not meeting these standards. Ensure changes and improvements that impact processes are reviewed to ensure no adverse impact to product quality. Ensure effectiveness of operational systems; analyze financial, production, quality control, and other operational data to ensure operational goals are achieved. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in a related field, engineering or operations management preferred, MBA * Five years manufacturing operations, chemical manufacturing * Ten or more years in a discipline related to plant operations * Five to ten years of previous management experience required (Resources & Budgets) * Experience manufacturing principles Professional Certifications: * IQ OQ PQ methodology and practice * Understanding of regulatory impacts and risks and ensures daily and long-term operations meet all regulatory commitments and needs, * In-depth knowledge of advanced manufacturing principles including lean manufacturing. * Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices, and the analysis of financial data. * Demonstrated ability to engage customers and be keenly aware of customer specific needs and challenges.
