The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials to and from construction sites. This includes overseeing the supply chain, managing personnel, and optimizing delivery operations. The role demands a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a solid grasp of construction logistics. Top Required Skills * High-Volume Logistics Experience * Proven track record in managing weekly deliveries, shipping, and dispatching of large quantities of materials and equipment. * Familiarity with supply chain operations in fast-paced environments. * Team Management * Experience supervising drivers and warehouse personnel. * Ability to coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure accountability across the delivery team. * Route Optimization * Skilled in identifying and planning the most efficient delivery routes. * Willingness to adapt plans based on traffic, site accessibility, and delivery urgency. Secondary Skills (Nice to Haves) * Familiarity with construction site logistics, especially involving prefab materials. * Understanding of tools and equipment used in telecom and construction. * Knowledge of high and low voltage systems, which may be relevant to the materials being transported. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
