Description
The Desktop Engineering team supports endpoint computing across a multiplatform environment using modern automation and management tools. Reporting to the Manager of Workplace Technology, the Level 3 Desktop Engineer is responsible for endpoint architecture and administration with a focus on the Ivanti product suite, including Neurons for IT automation. This role requires expertise across both Windows and macOS environments, strong scripting abilities, and the ability to lead endpoint initiatives in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams. This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $110,000-115,000 per year. Education
Bachelors of Information Technology (preferred)
Bachelors of Computer Science (preferred) Experience
