We’re expanding our sales floor with a dedicated team of Cold Call Sales Representatives whose mission is to generate high-quality leads. Position Overview

As a Cold Call Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of DCI’s growth strategy. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound cold calls to decision-makers across industries, qualify prospects, and set appointments that fuel our sales pipeline.

This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for professionals with prior phone sales experience who can confidently handle rejection, stay disciplined, and consistently deliver results. In return, we’ll provide hands-on training, coaching, and development to help you sharpen your skills, boost your numbers, and grow your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound cold calls daily to targeted businesses in key industries
• Identify, qualify, and build interest with decision-makers (owners, CFOs, attorneys, AR managers)
• Set high-quality appointments for our closing team
• Manage and update lead information accurately in our CRM system (Zoho)
• Follow call scripts while also adapting to conversations to overcome objections
• Participate in daily training and roleplays to improve objection handling, tonality, and close rate
• Collaborate with sales managers and closers to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
• Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead-generation quotas

What We’re Looking For

• Proven phone sales experience (collections, B2B sales, or call center highly preferred)
• Confident, direct communicator who isn’t afraid to handle objections
• High-energy, competitive, and resilient personality
• Ability to handle high call volume and stay focused on results
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong CRM/data entry habits
• Coachable, disciplined, and motivated to grow with daily training
• Thick skin, hunger to earn, and willingness to push past comfort zones
