Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Planning & Strategy:


    • Define the overall program vision and objectives.
    • Develop and implement a program strategy aligned with clients goals.
    • Create detailed program roadmaps and timelines.
    • Identify program risks and establish mitigation strategies.


  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:


    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
    • Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of individual projects.
    • Motivate, mentor, and support team members throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and teams.


  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:


    • Regularly communicate program status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
    • Ensure that key stakeholders are informed about any potential issues and milestones.
    • Provide clear, actionable feedback to team members and stakeholders.


  • Budget & Resource Management:


    • Oversee the program's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Work with financial teams to allocate and track program expenditures.
    • Ensure that resources (personnel, technology, and equipment) are properly allocated to the program's needs.


  • Risk & Issue Management:


    • Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues that may impact the program's success.
    • Ensure that program delivery remains on track and within scope.
    • Implement corrective actions when necessary to address delays or other issues.


  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:


    • Ensure that all program deliverables meet the required quality standards.
    • Ensure that the program adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
    • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes across projects.


  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:


    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
    • Conduct regular program reviews (QBR) to assess performance against objectives.
    • Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.


  • Change Management:


    • Manage and address changes in scope, timelines, and resources.
    • Ensure that all changes are documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Lead efforts to adapt and adjust programs to meet evolving business needs.


  • Program Closure:


    • Ensure that all aspects of the program are completed successfully and on time.
    • Evaluate the program's outcomes against initial goals and objectives.
    • Document and communicate lessons learned for future program improvements.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Previous experience working with key stake holders within the data center space. Managing multiple large scale multi-million dollare projects. ability to communicate up and down within the organization
  • Technical experience with Card Access.
  • 2 years' experience within this space. Strong knowledge of Data centers and AI
  • Ability to lead local and remote teams
  • Effective Communication with both local and remote teams through regular meetings, emails, and project management tools
  • Use of Collaboration Tools: Leverage tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Trello to facilitate communication and information sharing among teams
  • Strong team builder


Starting Salary: $110,000
