Overview How you can make a difference We are seeking a bold, strategic, and highly connected Head of Corporate Communications to lead enterprise-wide storytelling and reputation strategy at HealthEquity (NASDAQ: HQY). This individual will report to and serve as the voice of the CEO, our chief storyteller, and the architect of the enterprise narrative-ensuring alignment, consistency, and execution across all internal and external communication touchpoints. You will help shape the voice of a category leading public company. At HealthEquity, you'll help shape the way millions of people engage with their health and financial future-while playing a key role in telling the story of a company that leads with purpose. You'll work closely with an executive team that values clarity, honesty, and connection-and you'll build a communications function that reflects those values in every word. Own and activate the enterprise narrative and strategic agenda. Develop, refine, and drive consistent storytelling that communicates HealthEquity's strategy, brand, and mission across all channels and stakeholders. This leader will proactively identify and shape key headlines and narratives, bringing forward communication strategies based on insights gained from being an integral part of executive leadership discussions, rather than simply reacting to dictated messaging.
