Evoke is seeking a Power BI Specialist to join our team!

Evoke is seeing a PowerBI Specialist that will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. The specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Power BI routines/dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets, to include importing multiple tables via API endpoints from ServiceNow
  • Track performance metrics and communicate insights effectively to leadership
  • Data call support, to include analysis and development of response for federal staff approval
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to support process changes
  • Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvement.

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets and transform them into business intelligence (site and data call report cards)
  • Proficient with ETL process (i.e.: ability to transform data, append & merge queries, create basic table relationships etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of DAX Formulas to create calculated columns and measures for KPIs (data call resp. rates)
  • Strong communication skills with ServiceNow developers to request new APIs and datasets to meet business requirements
  • Experience using ServiceNow applications (ticketing, task tracking, other applications)
  • Experience using and tracking tasks with Jira

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience writing/modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Power BI certification
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Editor user role

Security Clearance:

  • Applicants selected must be United States citizens, will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information

Work Location:

  • Onsite, Washington DC
