Evoke is seeing a Data Analyst that will streamline data collection processes, validate submissions, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses as well as develop tools to improve reporting efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets, track performance metrics, and communicate insights effectively to leadership
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to design and implement optimized processes that align with organizational goals
- Data call support (includes analysis and development of response for federal staff approval)
- - PowerPedia curator
- Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead process discovery and mapping sessions to document current workflows, and performance metrics
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvement

- Visualization & reporting
- Experience using ServiceNow applications (ticketing, task tracking, other applications)
- Experience using and tracking tasks with Jira
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience with data call management
- Experience with data analysis tools utilizing artificial intelligence
- Experience writing/modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards
- Experience as a ServiceNow Editor user role
