Essential Duties The following are the essential duties that I must be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility. Required essential duties include but are not limited to: Section Title A How to check the beam diagram for creeling the rack B How to receive warping assignments C How to cut back on creel yarn D How to check the beam set up using the diagram E How to set a fence F How to obtain samples for dye checks G How to record beam identification on the beam information sheet H How to run beams in sequence I How to complete a manual beam weight check J How to Warp a set using predetermined yards K How to run a quality beam L How to fill out the warper production sheet M How to drop a set or color N How to obtain mending yarn O How to back wind yarn P How to operate the Pattern Perfect System Q How to perform blade change on Air Splicers R Damaged beam repair or disposal S How to perform housekeeping responsibilities Review all other work instructions associated with job Job Qualifications and Requirements The following is a list of job qualifications and requirements for the job. Topic Qualifications and Requirements Physical ? Must be able to bend and lift an average of ten (10) pound cones for approximately ten (10) hours of an twelve (12) hour shift. ? Must be able to stand at least ten (10) hours of a twelve (12) hour shift. and housekeeping. Training Required to complete approximately three (3) weeks training under supervision of qualified associate. Other Overtime is / may be required. |
