Schedule: 8am - 5pm Pay: $15/hr. Key Responsibilities: Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees through mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering Keep common areas, sidewalks, and parking lots free of debris and trash Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice prep, and planting Identify and report any property damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively Communicate with onsite staff regarding maintenance needs or updates Qualifications: At least 2 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience with strong reliability and attendance Ability to work in extreme weather, lift up to 50lbs, and wear appropriate work attire (closed-toe or steel-toe boots).
