Automation Engineer Internship (Paid)

Amphenol AerospaceMesa is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for an Automation Engineer Internship. The intern will be responsible for aiding in the design and implementation of contemporary process improvements to the Mesa, AZ manufacturing plantthat improvecost, quality and scrap metrics.Amphenol offers a competitive hourly salary with benefits through our staffing partner for all of our interns with the possibility of a direct-hire job offer after graduation.

Internship Requirements:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related toengineering disciplines (Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Systems Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Robotic Systems Engineering)
• Experience with Robotics
• Experiencewith designing and implementing automated mechanical systems including programming robotics, vision systems, HMIs and mechanical design
• Must have basic understanding ofengineering design, test, and manufacturing processes
• Previous Capstone project experience a plus!
• A willingness and desire to learn!
