The associate will work with leading companies, institutional investors, developers, REITs, and financial institutions on complex transactions across a broad range of asset classes and industries. This provides exposure not only to sophisticated standalone real estate matters, but also to the real estate components of significant multidisciplinary transactions.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of law firm experience involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing of commercial, mixed-use, data center, and industrial properties, with familiarity across the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction. Candidates should have a thorough working knowledge of title and survey review and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and demonstrated organizational, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The candidate may be resident in any of our offices in Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia and must be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.
