We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician I/II to join our team in Morristown, TN. If you're passionate about technology, thrive in a hands-on support role, and want to grow in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.


What You'll Do

As an IT Technician I/II, you'll be a key player in supporting Rockline's end-user hardware and software systems. You'll take ownership of troubleshooting, training, and maintaining IT infrastructure across our facility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, copiers, phones, scan guns, etc.)
  • Administer and monitor LAN/WAN networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server backups/patching
  • Deliver responsive helpdesk support and mentor IT Technician I team members
  • Maintain and update documentation for installations and inventory tracking
  • Support telecommunications systems, including phones, PA systems, radios, and security cameras
  • Stay current with IT industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations. This is an on-site job, but off-hours assistance may be completed remotely, depending on the required actions.


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's technically skilled, communicative, and ready to make an impact.

We are hiring for either an IT Tech I or an IT Tech II. Please see the requirements for both positions below.

IT Tech I requirements:



  • Associate's degree in Computer Science desired.
    (In lieu of degree, willingness to attain a degree in helpdesk and software support within 6 months - 2 years)
  • 1-2 Years' experience in IT related field in a PC support role required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. This is an on-site job, but off-hours assistance may be completed remotely, depending on the required actions.


IT Tech II requirements:



  • Associate's degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    (In lieu of associate's degree, a combination of education and 4+ years of relevant experience)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. This is an on-site job, but off-hours assistance may be completed remotely, depending on the required actions.
