Genesis10 is seeking a Mail Processing Clerk for a 12-month contract position in El Paso, TX. This position will work onsite. Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract Length: 3 months initially (with the possibility of a 3-6 month extension). Compensation: $12.00 - $19.75 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy. Proficiency in data entry and basic spreadsheet usage (Excel or Google Sheets). Basic understanding of mailing address standards and formatting. Experience using Customer Information Systems (CIS) or CRM platforms. Good time management skills and the ability to stay organized. Effective communication skills, including fluency in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales support role, with the ability to promote service options confidently and professionally. Comfortable guiding customers toward digital solutions, including enrolling in electronic statement delivery when applicable. Ability to lift and move trays of mail as part of the daily workflow. Calm under pressure and able to work through large volumes of information without becoming overwhelmed. Physical Requirements Regularly engages in physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Requires the ability to bend, twist, squat, and kneel throughout the workday. Manual dexterity and physical endurance are essential for handling repetitive tasks efficiently.
