The Nestle Pizza division, located in Little Chute, WI, is currently seeking part-time general laborers for entry-level positions with flexible schedules in our bakeries and assembly lines. Openings are available for both 1st and 3rd shift teams. Please note that this position is not eligible for benefits.

As a part-time general laborer at the entry level, you will:

  • Select your availability each month
  • Work as few as 2 days per month
  • Engage in 12-hour shifts with no swing shifts
  • Have opportunities for growth
  • Access an on-site company store featuring Nestle products
  • Earn $20.52 per hour for 1st shift
  • Earn $22.02 per hour for 3rd shift, including a shift premium

Position Summary

Production laborers are entry-level roles responsible for operating departmental equipment essential for production, packaging, and bakery tasks. This includes producing high-quality pizzas, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other assigned duties. There are opportunities for advancement within the first 12 months to machine operator positions, both as primary and backup roles.

What will contribute to your success

The ideal candidate will possess basic English communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, basic math skills, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
