About the Role As the JDE Support Manager, you'll lead a skilled team supporting our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. You'll ensure timely resolution of service requests, drive system enhancements, and collaborate across departments to improve platform effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the JD Edwards support team-assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing mentorship.
- Ensuring timely resolution of service requests, incidents, and minor enhancements with a strong focus on customer service.
- Overseeing the support ticket queue and ensuring adherence to SLAs and change management processes.
- Participating in daily support and administration of JD Edwards, including troubleshooting and configuration.
- Coordinating and implementing small-scale enhancements based on business needs.
- Partnering with end users across manufacturing, distribution, finance, and other areas to improve system usability.
- Collaborating with the Director of Business Systems Transformation to manage relationships with external MSPs.
- Coordinating internal and external resources for effective issue resolution and enhancement delivery.
- Reviewing vendor performance and driving accountability for service delivery.
- Supporting cross-functional teams during testing, training, and implementation phases.
- Assisting in planning and executing system improvements and minor upgrade projects.

What We're Looking For You're a proactive leader and ERP expert with a passion for solving problems and improving systems. You'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne support experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role within an ERP support team.
- Solid understanding of JD Edwards modules such as Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Financials.
- Experience managing MSPs or third-party vendors in a support capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards Development, Orchestrator, UDOs, and CNC principles (a plus).
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support practices.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a multi-site or global manufacturing organization.
