About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Vice President of Employee Success (ES, aka HR) Product Management, AI & Agent Innovation is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, delivery, and management of the technology and AI innovation portfolio that powers the global employee and manager experience while helping Employee Success run at it's best. This leader will thrive at the intersection of high-level strategy and operational delivery, acting as a key partner to our business and technology teams.

You will lead the design and delivery of agentic experiences for our employees, managers and ES across the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring ES products not only deliver measurable business value but also create intuitive, engaging experiences. This role is crucial in shaping the future of work at Salesforce, guiding our pivot toward AI + human collaboration, and building a technology foundation that scales with our growth and embodies our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Employee Success product, AI and Agent portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and setting up Salesforce to be an agent + human enterprise.
  • Technology & Agent Portfolio Management: Oversee the hire-to-retire HR product landscape with a deep focus on our Agentforce and Slack experience while also ensuring our Workday, Salesforce and other key third-party products are optimized to deliver value.
  • Leadership Excellence: Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers and analysts, overseeing the discovery, development, and delivery of innovative solutions from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Digital Transformation & Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly Agentforce and other AI-powered products to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and create a more personalized and efficient employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Employee Success, IT, and other business units, translating strategic needs into technology requirements and fostering a collaborative, integrated approach to delivering value.
  • User Experience Advocacy: Champion a human-centered design approach, ensuring that all technology solutions are intuitive, accessible, and enhance the daily lives of our employees.
  • Transformation: Lead large-scale HR technology transformation projects, managing communication and change readiness for key personas to ensure high adoption and value realization.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, technology, or business transformation roles, with at least 7-9 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven expertise in HR technology and product innovation, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, AI-powered enterprise solutions
  • Experience with creatively solutioning in a limited budget environment and comfort building the plane while flying it
  • Track record of experimentation and innovation, leading from the front on exploring AI and agentic innovation to drive scale, efficiency and experience
  • Deep knowledge of core HR platforms, preferably Workday and Salesforce
  • Comfortably and compellingly speak with customers about our "Customer Zero" story-our experience using our own products-and share our lessons learned and value outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a highly-dynamic, fast-paced environment with proven ability to inspire, mentor and grow talent to create a culture of continous learning and excellence
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication and negotiations skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders around a shared vision
  • A passion for creating seamless user experiences and a track record of leveraging technology to drive business value.
  • Highly collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to partner with IT and HR leaders on specific, technical questions, plans, and options for addressing business needs with the right products
  • Exceptional adaptability and resilience with a track record for synthesizing competing priorities to develop and execute a cohesive plan
  • Skilled change agent who articulates the "why" behind change and coaches teams through transitions with clarity and agility
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
