Location: Denver Office 4 Days a week (required) Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized and enthusiastic Office Engagement Manager to drive employee engagement while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This unique role combines cultural programming, operational management and data-driven insights to ensure a seamless, engaging and productive in-office experience for our employees. This role requires a proactive thinker who can streamline office processes, manage resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. The Office Manager will collaborate with department heads, contribute to organizational planning, and ensure that the office environment is conducive to productivity and success.
