Duties & Responsibilities

POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE
* No direct patient care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Performs repairs, inspections, and provides regularly scheduled maintenance on support equipment, specializing in preventative maintenance and on-demand repairs of clinical support equipment to include, but not limited to: beds, cribs, stretchers, refrigerators, freezers, ice and water machines, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, other kitchen related equipment, CHCO owned vehicles, and exterior spaces equipment.
* Inspects equipment for compliance to documented safety and performance standards.
* Documents work activities according to department policies, professional standards of practice, and organizational standards.
* Utilize the appropriate technical documentation and parts, when performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
* Communicates appropriately with all staff, vendors and customers; provides project updates to supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degrees
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience
    • 3 years' experience in medical, industrial, or commercial job related field.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $23.31 to $34.97
