Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
1. Responsible for establishing work goals and performance standards for a facilities team or crew in conjunction with departmental goals and objectives.
2. Assigns and evaluates team assignments, provides technical direction to staff, reviews and adjusts procedures as well as priorities and timelines; responsible for hiring, position reassignments and all disciplinary actions.
3. Manages budget and allocates funds to accomplish objectives; provides feasibility studies utilizing market data, service trends, and strategic initiatives; seeks alternative funding sources as needed.
4. Reviews staff compliance of all regulatory requirements as well as compliance with CHCO building standards and local codes and ordinances.
5. Prepares budgets, invoices and reviews utilization of inventory; presents and develops reports for clients utilizing dashboards or various data collection systems.
6. Serves as a customer service resource for all escalations issues. Monitors staff analytics for quality of services; coordinates and tracks training and proficiency requirements for staff.
7. Attends and participates in facility meetings or committees as required; participates in the Facility Operations on call program as needed.
8. By position: surveys construction sites in conjunction to fire and safety, design and space management, repairs and replacement, interior assessments, building shell, construction and installation; analyzes HVAC systems, computer network wiring, and lighting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degrees
- Bachelors' degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management or a related field.
- Experience
- Five years experience in a healthcare, industrial, commercial or related industry.
- Equivalency
- Professional relevant experience, in addition to the required experience, may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $82,095.81 to $123,143.72
