 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for staffDirect, monitor, and coach employees to ensure safety and exceptional serviceDesign and maintain Terrain Park features in coordination with snowmaking, grooming, and the Terrain Park ManagerOversee guest interactions and implement a guest survey system for quality assuranceEnsure accurate and current Terrain Park Log entries; train employees on documentationMaintain park aesthetics, including trash pickup, tower pad adjustments, and facility cleanlinessOversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to manufacturer recommendationsSchedule employees to ensure adequate park coverageFollow M.T.I. practices, including feedback, performance reviews, and coachingAssist with contest coordination, including setup, judging, and event support 
 Driving:
 
 
 
 Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program 
 Education:
 
 
 
 High School Diploma or GED 
 Preferred Experience:
 
 
 
 Must be an expert skier/snowboarder and have the ability to ride the terrain park2 years supervisory experienceKnowledge of terrain park operations and constructionBasic computer skills
