Focusing on direct service and maintenance, the Program Manager leads the full lifecycle of security systems programs-from concept and design through implementation and optimization. This includes managing project portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and compliance standards. The Program Manager also plays a key role in shaping the long-term security technology roadmap and serves as a liaison between technical teams, construction project managers, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide security systems programs and projects. * Collaborate with the Manager of Security to define strategic priorities, develop implementation plans, and ensure alignment with organizational security objectives. * Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives. * Serve as the primary point of contact for construction teams, IT, facilities, and external vendors on all security technology projects. * Develop and enforce standards for system design, installation, and documentation to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for security infrastructure vulnerabilities. * Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and selection of new security technologies and platforms. * Establish and maintain a robust Preventive Maintenance Program in coordination with operational teams. * Mentor and guide Security Systems Technicians, providing oversight on complex installations and troubleshooting efforts. * Track program performance using KPIs and reporting tools; present updates to leadership and stakeholders. * Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA, HIPAA, and other applicable standards and regulations. Special Skills * Advanced knowledge of Genetec and other enterprise security platforms. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics. * Expertise in low-voltage systems integration and lifecycle management. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
