* Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for construction teams, IT, facilities, and external vendors on all security technology projects.

* Develop and enforce standards for system design, installation, and documentation to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for security infrastructure vulnerabilities.

* Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and selection of new security technologies and platforms.

* Establish and maintain a robust Preventive Maintenance Program in coordination with operational teams.

* Mentor and guide Security Systems Technicians, providing oversight on complex installations and troubleshooting efforts.

* Track program performance using KPIs and reporting tools; present updates to leadership and stakeholders.

* Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA, HIPAA, and other applicable standards and regulations.

Special Skills

* Advanced knowledge of Genetec and other enterprise security platforms.
