Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

NOTE: Duration of assignment approx 3-4 months.

Temporary Role.

IT Technician Specialist

Located at client site in Houston, TX 77017

Provide assistance and information around electronics, computers and software problems supporting a large chemical plant with a new systems migration due to ownership change.

Perform service request (installs, upgrades,refreshes, backups, patches, restores,cloning).

Participate in on-call after hour and weekend support.

Work with management and other staff to develop and facilitate training as need arises.

Consistently demonstrate positive professional attitude.

Helpdesk support for a 200-300 employees.

Previous experience must include:

Windows operating system.

Computer hardware/software, network configuration.

Windows Operating system, Network Security.

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or 3 to 7 years experience in lieu of degree.
