Job Duties:
The Department of Radiology is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Business Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Clinical Operations and Engagement, this role is responsible for managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with special projects. The Business Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that departmental actvities are efficiently scheduled, organized, and executed, while maintaining a high level of discretion. Additionally, this position supports the promotion of the department's research, clinical and educational missions. The Department of Radiology is dedicated to improving human health through innovation in clinical care imaging research and education. Required Qualifications:Experience with administative support required (at least 2 years). Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in an academic or clinical setting preferred.
