Operations Department

Vantage operates mission-critical data centers for the world's largest technology firms. The operations department is responsible for setting and maintaining high operating standards across the fleet, and ensuring uptime, reliability, security, and customer service. The team includes Site Operations, responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities and supporting infrastructure. The sites are staffed 24 x 7 with Critical Facilities Engineers (CFEs) on each shift. The Reliability Engineering Team is responsible for the setting maintenance standards, ensuring consistency and quality of site operations across the fleet, and provides subject matter expertise in the areas of electrical, mechanical, controls & automation, influencing across design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The Security Team ensures Vantage facilities are safeguarded and well monitored, and is responsible for access control, CCTV, security staffing, security design, and engineering. Lastly, the Business Operations Team is responsible for service support, KPI management, vendor relations, standards & transformation, and property management.

Position Overview

This role can be based in Denver, Colorado.

The Senior Director, Enterprise Adoption & Enablement, NA is responsible for leading change enablement, enterprise capability adoption, and user readiness strategy across North America. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Transformation, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that transformational initiatives and enterprise platforms (e.g., systems, tools, processes) are effectively adopted, embedded, and sustained across functions.

This leader drives cross-functional alignment across the value chain and other key business units, bringing deep expertise in organizational change management (OCM), strategic communications, learning strategy, and user adoption planning. They partner closely with People & Culture and Learning & Development to ensure enablement strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and employee experience. The ideal candidate combines a mastery of enterprise transformation with the ability to craft compelling strategic narratives that resonate across all levels of the organization and drive lasting behavior change.

Essential Job Functions

Enterprise Enablement Strategy

  • Define and execute a holistic enterprise adoption and enablement strategy aligned with business transformation priorities and system rollouts.

  • Lead the development of scalable methodologies, tools, and best practices for readiness, enablement, training, and communications across major initiatives.

  • Ensure end-user readiness is factored into program planning, with structured change management and communication plans integrated from the start.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive alignment across the value chain and other key business units to ensure adoption strategies are embedded in operational execution.

  • Partner with Enterprise PMO, Product, IT, and People & Culture to ensure coordinated rollouts of new systems, tools, and enterprise capabilities.

  • Serve as a connector across regions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across global enablement practices.

Strategic Communications & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver compelling employee-facing strategic narratives that connect transformation efforts to user experience and business outcomes.

  • Oversee multi-channel enablement strategies, including role-based training, champion networks, and feedback loops.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, resistance mitigation, and change impact assessments to improve adoption outcomes.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of enablement professionals focused on communications, training, and adoption planning.

  • Set clear objectives and KPIs that align with the broader goals of Strategy & Transformation and the North America value chain.

  • Coach and develop team members to deepen organizational change management capabilities and elevate enterprise storytelling.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and user-centric enablement that supports scalable transformation.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop adoption dashboards and key success metrics to monitor adoption, engagement, and behavior change across initiatives.

  • Use insights to continuously refine enablement strategies and drive long-term behavioral and cultural transformation.

  • Promote the integration of feedback and change impact assessments into business planning and post-implementation reviews.

  • Develop executive-level communications and reporting to demonstrate the impact of enablement efforts on strategic outcomes.

Additional Duties

  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications or a related field required.

  • Master's degree (MBA, MA in Organizational Psychology, Communications or similar) is preferred.

  • PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, enterprise enablement, or organizational effectiveness roles.

  • Proven success leading large-scale adoption and readiness strategies across enterprise systems and transformation programs.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders in a matrixed, high-growth environment.

  • Background in REITs, data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, or operations-led industries is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Deep expertise in organizational change management frameworks, strategic enterprise communications, and learning strategy.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, including mentoring senior professionals.

Travel:

  • Travel is expected to be up to 15-20%, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $240,000-$250,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
