Human Resources & Compensation Specialist (Hybrid)

Cottage Health seeks a hybrid Human Resources and Compensation Specialist responsible for assisting with administering compensation duties, such as: AWS process and administration, job description creation and revision, recommendation of increases, etc. Assists with the performance evaluation and annual salary review administration. Reviews, approves, and audits creation and updates to employment records in HRIS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:



  • Preferred: Associate's Degree


Technical Requirements:



  • Minimum: Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills; 45 wpm keyboarding / typing speed.
  • Preferred: Microsoft PowerPoint skills.


Years of Related Work Experience:



  • Minimum: HR knowledge and experience and 2 years in an office environment.
