Overview: We're seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Support Specialist for a long-term opportunity supporting a secure facility. This role involves providing hands-on technical support for staff, including hardware and software troubleshooting, device installations, and maintenance in a Windows-based environment. You'll also assist with peripheral systems such as security cameras, servers, and network switches. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of desktops, laptops, handheld devices, and other peripherals. * Support Windows 11, Office 365, and various hardware platforms. * Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to onsite staff. * Occasionally work alongside individuals participating in supervised work programs. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments. * Must submit a background check and drug screening prior to start. * Completion of a 2-3 week onboarding and safety training program is required. Preferred Experience: * Military or secure facility environments is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
