Pay: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Day Shift

Job Duties: As a Maintenance Technician, you will support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department while embracing the company culture and ensuring a safe work environment. Your role will involve understanding and executing established guidelines and procedures for the optimal use of people, materials, and machinery. You will follow the preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and interact with various departments to identify continuous quality improvements related to repairs, scrap reduction, and cost efficiency.

Requirements: Mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, and/or technical training, while proficiency in Spanish as a second language is helpful. Additionally, a strong background in multiple crafts, including electrical, plumbing, and welding, is essential to excel in this role.
