About the Opportunity: Do you have experience managing vehicle fleets, rentals, or general operations? We are currently seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee a dynamic fleet for one of the organizations largest accounts. This is a hands-on role that blends operational oversight with client relationship management, offering you the chance to make a direct impact on fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of a variable fleet of vehicles Conduct detailed pre- and post-service inspections Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units Schedule mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors Ensure returned units are refueled and ready for redeployment Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel Keep accurate records of all fleet activities and vendor services Collaborate with buyers and customers to improve fleet programs and drive efficiencies Qualifications 1-2 years of experience managing rental or fleet vehicles 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, ideally in a B2B environment High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Details: Pay: $19 - $26/hr. based on related experience Pay cycle - weekly \| medical, dental & vision benefits offered. Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 8-5 with some weekend/holidays Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
