*TEKsystems* is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to work a *HYBRID* schedule for a client based in *Wall Township, NJ.*
* * *This position will take place in a family oriented, small office environment. Our client is looking to interview and start a new hire ASAP.* *Qualifications* - 2-3 years of back-office experience in a customer support role - Prior exp with SAP order processing - Microsoft skills - Strong communication skills - Administrative and data entry *Job Description* -Process sales orders through SAP -Communicate effectively with customer accounts and build relationships -Communicate effectively with internal departments through sales process -Look up items and review inventory levels -Support sales team with customer needs -Provide product information to customers' interest *Hours* Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm- 40-hour work week 3 days remote- 2 days on site * * *Pay* $24.50/hour * * *This position is in high demand.
