Job Title: Production Assistant Reports To: Senior Production Manager Industry: Home Services / Construction Job Summary in construction or home services. Key Responsibilities * Scheduling & Coordination * Build and maintain a 4-week rolling installation schedule. * * Assign installation dates and crews based on availability and project needs. * Fill vacancies to maximize installation capacity and efficiency. * Customer Communication * Provide timely updates to customers regarding project timelines and delays. * Reschedule installations as needed due to material delays or crew availability. * Internal Collaboration * Work closely with Senior Production Manager, Sales Managers, and Installation Managers. * Coordinate with construction crews to ensure proper job assignments. * Liaise with local government entities for permitting and compliance. * Service Call Management * Receive and respond to service calls from Customer Care and customers directly. * Track and resolve scheduling conflicts or service issues. Qualifications * Experience * 2+ years of scheduling experience in construction or home services (e.g., windows, siding, garage doors). * Familiarity with installation crews and construction workflows. * Technical Skills * ERP system experience required. * CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred. * Education * High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
