Overview

Presbyterian is seeking a Marketing Manager that acts as a project manager, service owner and brand ambassador to internal and external clients. Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of Presbyterians products and services. Creates and conveys messages that improve brand awareness, preference, and adoption. Develops presentations and materials that inform about competition, consumer insights, strategy, tactics, and results. May coordinate with internal and external vendors for the creation of brand assets for use internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business with Marketing emphasis.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications required.
    Exceptional writing, proofreading, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc., and market research methods.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools desired.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

Education Essential: Bachelor Degree



Responsibilities

  • Performs project management for client requests for promotional and educational customer materials.
  • Writes content for use across all paid media, public website, signage, and collateral materials.
  • Manages process for procuring content, editing, and gaining approvals.
  • Ensures that all communications are aligned to guidance from Legal and Compliance and adheres to brand voice, personality, and visual standards.
  • Updates web properties, including service and location listings for timeliness, accuracy, and search engine optimization.
  • Manages the teams digital asset library to ensure accurate materials, photos, and other assets are available to the enterprise.
  • Liaises with business and system services leadership to recommend messages, tactics, and communication vehicles.
  • Performs other functions as required.
