Summary:

How you make a difference: As the Education Technology Manager, you are innovative and champion the development and implementation of e-learning and training strategies, evaluation of system-wide training needs to support implementations and ongoing application training, and plans and processes to support strategic goals. You provide leadership and hands-on support for the LMS Administrators and computer training team. You are skilled at resolving training related computer issues, managing all aspects and activities related to the administration of the Cook Children's Learning Management System (LMS), and the integration of additional testing software. You serve as an expert on content creation software and provide transfer of knowledge to other team members. You have exemplary interpersonal communication skills, collaborate and demonstrate excellent customer relation skills. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Three years' experience in technology field.
  • Healthcare industry experience, educational design experience, and prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
