What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire - Guide, coach, and develop a team of People Operations Partners to drive engagement, retention, and excellence. Strategic Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities. Champion Culture - Build a workplace that embodies Mosaic's values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit. Drive Results - Use workforce data and insights to deliver solutions that enhance the employee experience and strengthen leadership effectiveness.


Shape the Future - Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to create a seamless, mission-driven people experience.

Requirements
What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise across HR disciplines: employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to connect with teams and leaders across the territory.
