What You'll Do

Shape Culture - Design and implement strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and belonging across the organization. Lead with Integrity - Oversee complex employee relations issues, workplace investigations, and ensure fair, consistent practices that reflect our mission and values. Be a Strategic Partner - Collaborate with People Operations Directors, HR leaders, and executives to align workplace strategies with business goals. Protect & Inspire - Serve as a trusted advisor on employment law, policy, and compliance while fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment. Drive Impact - Monitor key cultural and engagement metrics, using insights to influence decisions and shape the future of Mosaic's workforce experience.

Requirements
What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, or culture-building roles.
  • Strong expertise in employment law and compliance (labor relations experience a plus).
  • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with teams and leaders across the organization.
